摘    要:目的 比较两种主要临床标本检出的奇异变形菌(PMI)耐药性,为合理应用抗菌药物提供依据.方法 收集住院患者尿液和伤口分泌物中的PMI进行鉴定和药敏试验.结果 PMI分离率以尿液最高占41.2%;伤口分泌物占24.7%,两者之和为65.84%;尿道和伤口的PMI药物敏感性不同,除了头孢类之外,尿液PMI对抗菌药物的耐药率更高.结论 尿道和伤口是PMI感染的主要部位,应加强对尿道和伤口的管理;临床上经验用药时,应区别对待尿道和伤口的PMI感染.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare the drug resistance of Proteus mirabilis(PMI) isolated from two major kinds of clinical specimens,so as to provide basis for rational clinical use of antibiotics.METHODS PMI isolated from urine and wound secretions of the hospitalized patients were collected for identification and drug susceptibility testing.RESULTS PMI strains were mainly isolated from urine with the highest isolation rate of 41.2%,followed by the wound secretions(24.7%);the sum of the two was 65.84%;PMI isolates varied in drug susceptibility;except for cephalosporins,the drug resistance rate of PMI isolated from urine was particularly higher.CONCLUSION Urinary tract and wounds are major sites that are mainly infected with PMI,it is necessary to strengthen the management of urinary tract and wounds;as for the empirical medication,it should treat PMI infection in urinary tract and wound differently.
