基层早期教育及营养指导与婴儿体格和智力发育关系的研究

【目的】早期教育及营养指导与基层儿童保健系统化管理相结合,以提高基层儿童保健水平。【方法】采用随机抽样的方法抽取100名婴儿作为实验组进行早期教育和营养指导,进行跟踪观察,评价。满12个月后和100名未接受早期教育和营养指导的婴儿进行对比。【结果】实验组与对照组在发育商和营养性疾病的发病率上差异有显著性(P<0.05或<0.01),而在体格发育上差异无显著性。【结论】在基层儿童保健机构结合系统化管理,推广早期教育与营养指导,能降低营养性疾病的发病率,对婴儿的发育有积极的促进作用。

Relationship between early education,nutritional guide and development of infant in the grass-roots unit

[Objective] To combine early education and nutritional guide with the systematic management of child health care in order to improve the level of child health care in the grass-roots unit.[Method] 100 infants were randomly selected as experiment group to accept early education and nutritional guide and compared with 100 infants without these one year later.[Results] There were significant differences in development quotient and incidence of the nutritional disease between two groups(P<0.05 or <0.01)and no significant difference in body growth of two groups.[Conclusions] Early education and nutritional guide can reduce nutritional disease and promote development of infants.
