| 摘 要： | 目的：测定傣药蔓荆叶中蔓荆子黄素的含量。方法：采用RP—HPLC法测定蔓荆叶中蔓荆子黄素的含量。结果：蔓荆子黄素在0．0180～0．6180μg的范围内线性良好，r=0．9999；样品溶液在24h内稳定，日内精密度良好，RSD=0．70％；平均回收率为102．2％，RSD=1．52％。结论：所建立的方法专属性强、精密度好、结果准确，可用于蔓荆叶药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of vitexicarpin in Folium viteces. Method： Agilent C18 （150mm ×4.6mm, 5.0μm）column was used, and the mohile phase of MeOH - H2o （55：45） ;The flow rate was 1 ml·min^-1 , and the detection wavelength was set at 348nm. Result： The linear range wasO. 0180 - 0.6180μg（ r = 0.9999） .The average recoveries 102.0%; RSD = 1.52% （n = 9） ; Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Folium vitice. |
