| Abstract: | Objective To study the mutations of hepatitis B virus precoregene.Method Hepatitis B virus precore gene was amplified in nest PCR,and sequenced in ABI PRISM310 instrument.Results Detecing eight samples，there were five mutations of G1896→A,one mutation of C1856→T,one mutation of A1846→T,one mutation of A1837→G,and one mutation of C1829→T.Conclusicn The detection of hepatitis B virus gene mutations by sequence analysis with PCR products is accurate and fast.It will be used in hospital and rese arch room widely. |
