大肠癌筛查研究

大肠癌是一种患病率和发病率都很高的恶性肿瘤。是我国最常见的消化道肿瘤之一,且随着生活水平的提高其发病日趋增加。然而大肠癌早期常无症状,一旦确诊多属中晚期。因此,如何早期检测和处理大肠癌已成为医学界有待解决的最重要的问题之一,大便潜血、血清中标志物或钡灌肠等难以检出早期病变,甚至结肠镜亦不能解决早期诊断的难题。对大肠癌进行筛查可早期诊断,降低发病率和病死率。本文就大肠癌的早期筛查技术予以综述。
