精神分裂症患者家庭环境、抑郁情绪及其与复发的相关性研究

目的探讨精神分裂症患者的家庭环境和抑郁情绪及其与复发的相关性.方法采用自制家庭状况调查表、家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对110例精神分裂症患者和110例正常受试者进行问卷调查;应用多元逐步回归分析筛选出影响精神分裂症患者复发的相关因素.结果精神分裂症患者家庭环境中情感表达不良、娱乐性差、矛盾性突出、控制性较强,其抑郁症状的发生率高,抑郁程度较重,与正常者组比较,差异均有显著性(P＜0.01).与病情复发的相关因素有内向性格、家庭经济条件差、未婚和抑郁情绪等.结论精神分裂症患者家庭环境中问题较多,患者普遍存在抑郁情绪,构成了复发的因素.

Study on Schizophrenia Patients'''' Family Environment, Depressive Emotion and the Correlation of Recurrence with Them

Objective To explore schizophrenia patients' family environment , depressive emotion and the correlation of recurrence with them. Method Used family status questionnaire(self-made),family environment scales(FES-CV) and self-rating depression scales (SDS) to investigate 110 schizophrenia patients and 110 normal persons respectively. Then selected influential factors of recurrence by means of multiple stepwise regression. Result There were worse emotion expression, less amusement, more conflict and strong control in schizophrenia patients' families. There were significant differences between schizophrenia patients' families and normal persons' families in occurring rate of depressive emotion and depression level(P<0.01). Character, family economic situation, single and depressive emotion and so on were the factors which caused recurrence. Conclusion There are many problems in schizophrenia patients' families and most of patients have depressive emotion. They are the factors of recurrence.
