SZ植物消毒剂的杀菌作用

为测定SZ植物消毒剂的主要成分含量,观察杀菌效果及其稳定性。采用分光光度计法和悬液定量杀菌试验进行了实验室试验。结果,SZ植物消毒剂中熊果酸含量为 436. 43μg/ml,在 10 ~35℃存放一年,含量下降 8.07%;经 54℃环境存放 2周,杀菌效果降低小于 5%。SZ植物消毒剂的原液作用 5min,体积分数 20%稀释液作用10min,对悬液中的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌杀灭率能达到 100%;原液作用 20min,对悬液中白色念珠菌平均杀灭率为 90. 97%。结论,SZ植物消毒剂是以熊果酸为主要成分的天然消毒剂,对细菌繁殖体有良好的灭活作用,杀菌效果稳定。

GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF SZ PLANT DISINFECTANT

In order to measure the content of main component of SZ Plant Disinfectant and to observe its germicidal efficacy and stability, spectrophotometry and suspension quantitative germicidal test were used to carry out laboratory test. Results: The ursolic acid content in SZ Plant Disinfectant was 436.43 μg/ml and decreased by 8.07% after storing at 10～35℃ for 1 year. After storing at 54℃ for 2 weeks, the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant decreased by <5%. The stock solution of the SZ Plant Disinfectant with a 5 min contact time and 20% (v/v) dilute solution with a 10 min contact time could kill 100% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension. The stock solution with a 20 min contact time killed 90.97% in average of Candida albicans in suspension. Conclusion: SZ Plant Disinfectant is a natural disinfectant with ursolic acid as its main component. It has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and its germicidal efficacy is stable.
