婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床特点及分析

目的 探讨婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎的发病状况及其临床特点。方法 采用间接血凝集法对132例住院的婴幼儿肺炎进行特异性肺炎支原体IgM(MP—IgM)检测，并对其主要症状与非肺炎支原体肺炎进行对比分析。结果 132例患儿中MP—IgM阳性51例，阳性率为38.6％，其中21.4％(6／28)混有细菌和病毒感染。肺炎支原体肺炎与非肺炎支原体肺炎患儿发热、咳嗽、喘憋、肺部干、湿性罗音的发生率间差别均无显著性意义(P＞0.05)。肺炎支原体肺炎肺外损伤7例，非肺炎支原体肺炎肺外损伤2例，二者间差别有显著性意义(P＜0.05)。结论 肺炎支原体已成为婴幼儿肺炎的常见病原体，其临床表现与典型的年长儿肺炎支原体肺炎有所不同，而与婴幼儿非肺炎支原体肺炎相似，肺外损伤不少见，部分合并细菌或病毒感染。

The Clinical Characteristics and Analysis of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia from Infants and Children

Objective To study the disease status and clinical characteristics of the infants mycoplama pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods 132 hospitalized infants and children with pneumonia were tested of MP-IgM by indirect blood coagulate assay.The chief symptoms of MPP were compared with that of non-MPP.Results In these 132 cases,51were positive for MP-IgM and the positive rate was 38.6%, 21.4%(6/28)of MPP cases infected bacteria or virus.The main clinical characteristics of MPP such as fever,cough,gasp,dry gong sound and wet gong sound were similar with those of non-MPP( P >0.05).In the MPP cases,7 had lung exterior injure,2 had lung exterior injure in the non-MPP cases.There was significant difference between these two groups( P <0.05).In the MPP cases,34 showed the X-ray manifestation of bronchopneumonia.In the non-MPP cases,68 showed the X-ray manifestation of bronchopneumonia.The difference between these two groups was significant( P <0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumonia was the common pathogen in infants pneumonia.The clinical characteristic of infants and children with MPP was different from those of high-age children but similar with those without MPP.The lung exterior injure was common,and some cases had bacteria or virus infection.
