| 摘 要： | 为了寻找胃癌患者特异性高的肿瘤标志物,本文研究了43例胃癌患者的胃液,透析后再行圆盘电泳分析,与该患者的血清电泳对比,并将胃癌与其他胃病的电泳对比。结果发现胃癌患者的胃液有显著的异常区带,分子量小,且证实为糖蛋白。这种糖蛋白于胃癌切除后即消失。本法简便,可作为普查、诊断和术后预测复发的指标之一。 |

STUDY ON CANCER MARKS OF GASTRIC JUICE OF STOMACH CANCER PATIENTS |

| Abstract: | This paper has studied 43 cases of gastric juice of patients with stomach cancer to make a search for their remarkable marks of cancer, After dialysis, we proformed totally 167 times in analyses of disc electrophoresis, compared gastric juice and serum electrophoresis with that of other gastric diseases. The results showed that there is a noticeable abnormal range in the gastric juice of patients of stomach cancer. The molecular weight of the range is about 14000. We verified this kind of molecule as glycoprotein which would vanish after the operations. The method we used is a simple and convenient one. It is a recommandable method for general survcy, diagnosis and forecast of recurrence. |
