| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定氨糖美辛肠溶胶囊中吲哚关辛含量。方法采用phenomsil BDS-C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以0．1mol／L冰醋酸溶液-乙腈（45：55）为流动相，检测波长为228nm。结果吲哚关辛质量浓度的线性范围为19．96～73．16μg／mL，（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．1％，RSD=0．3％（n=6）。结论HPLC法可准确检测出氨糖关辛肠溶胶囊中吲哚美辛含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of indomethacin in Glucosamine IndomethacinEnteric- Coated Capsules by HPLC. Methods The Phenomsil BDS C18 column （250mm×4.6mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1 mol/L glacial acetic acid solution and acetonitrile （45：55） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 228 nm. Results The linear curves were obtained over the range of 19.96-73.16 ttg/mL, r=0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 100. 1%, and RSD was 0.3% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is proved to be suitable for determining the content of indomethaein in Glucosamine Indomethacin Enteric- Coated Capsules. |
