摘    要:目的 建立火焰原子吸收法测定洛芬葡锌那敏片中Zn的含量。方法 采用火焰原子吸收法,检测波长为213.9nm,灯电流为8.0mA,狭缝宽度为0.5nm,燃气流量为2.0L·min^-1,助燃气流量为15.0L·min^-1。结果 Zn在0.0000-2.0000mg·L。范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9985,平均加样回收率为99.07%(RSD=0.3%,n=9)。结论 该研究可控制洛芬葡锌那敏片中锌的含量,灵敏度高。

Abstract:Objective To establish an FAAS method for determination of Zn in Ibuprofen, Zinc Gluconate and Chlorphenamine Maleate Tablets. Methods The determined wavelength was at 213.9nm, the electric current of the light was 8.0mA, the slit-width was 0.5nm, the flow rate of burning gas was 2.0L·min^-1 and the flow rate of gas to help burn was 15.0L·min^-1. Results The good linear relation was determined as 0. 0000-2. 0000mg·L^-1 by FAAS with a regression coefficient of 0. 9985. The average recovery was 99. 07% (RSD=0.3G, n=9). Conclutions It is used for controlling the quality of Ibuprofen, Zinc Gluconate and Chlorphenamine Maleate Tablets. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
