| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合检测血清CA125和CA72-4的含量对卵巢癌的临床诊断的价值.方法卵巢癌患者58例、卵巢良性肿瘤患者48例及健康妇女50例的血清样品,用电化学发光免疫测定法测定CA125和CA72-4含量.结果与卵巢良性肿瘤组和健康妇女组相比,卵巢癌患者血清CA125和CA72-4的含量和阳性率明显升高(P＜0.01),2项标志物的阳性率分别是79.3%和60.3%,联合检测阳性率为89.6%.结论联合检测CA125和CA72-4对卵巢癌的诊断具有重要临床价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of combined detection of the serum levels of CA125 and CA72-4 in the diagnosis of the ovarian carcinoma. Methods Serum levels of CA125 and CA72-4 in 58 patients with ovarian carcinoma, 48 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 50 normal controls were measured by Elctrochemiluminescence immuno-assay (ECLIA). Results The levels of CA125 and CA72-4 in ovarian carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor and normal control groups (P<0.01). Sensitivities of CA125 and CA72-4 were 79.3% and 60.3%, respectively. Sensitivity of combined detection of two kinds tumor markers was 89.6%. Conclusions The combined detection of CA125 and CA72-4 were of important clinical value in the ovarian carcinoma. |
