慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析病人的护理

目的 总结92例12100例次慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析病人的护理体会。方法 时采用碳酸氢盐透析的92例12100例次慢性肾功能衰竭病人进行观察与护理,及时发现、及时处理透析过程中出现的各种情况。结果 经过有效的病情观察和护理。挽救患者生命3例。92例患者存活率达到91．3％,最长的透析时间为11年。结论 加强对血液透析患者的观察与护理,可减少并发症。提高生存质量。

Nursing Care for Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Who Were Treated with Maintaining Hemodialysis

Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of 92 cases with 12100 person-time hemodialysis of chronic renal failure. Methods 92 cases of patients of chronic renal falure with bicarbonate dialysis were observed and nursed,and all occurrences in the process of dialysis were timely founded and treated. Results With effective observing and nursing,3 patients were saved and survival rate of 92 cases was 91.3%;the longest term of dialysis was above 11 years among all cases. Conclusions The observation and the nursing care must be intensified in order to reduce the complications and to improve the survival quality.
