摘    要:目的:探讨小儿常见血液病骨髓细胞变异的临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞仪测定54例血液病患儿骨髓单个核细胞的DNA含量,计算细胞周期各时相比例。结果:白血病组异倍体检出率明显高于非白血病组。12例非白血病中4例为异倍体,其中2例癌变。白血病组癌细胞S%明显低于对照组。3例接受治疗的急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿达到完全缓解后,其S%明显高于治疗前,非白血病组的骨髓细胞周期与正常对照组无显著差异。结论:检测常见小儿血液病DNA可为临床诊断、判断其预后及其治疗提供客观的参考依据。

Abstract:objective: To study the clinical significance of DNA marrow cell variation in the common blood disease in children. Methods: We have detected the DNA quautity of MNLL in 54 children patients with the common blood disease by flow cytometry, and counted the ration of any timely difference in cell cycle. Results: The detection ratio of heteroploidy in leukemia children was more than that in non - leukemia. Four of 12 patients with non -leukemia were heteroploidy, 2 of 4 were precancerous lesion. The S % of marrow cell of leukemia was significant lesser than that of contral. Three acute lymphocytic leukemia were got CR, and its S % was more than that before therapy. There were no significance between the marrow cell cycle of non - leukemia and the normal contral. Conclusion: To detect the DNA in the common blood disease in children can provide objective parameter for children diagnosis, judging prognosis and its therapy.
