四种血细胞分析仪检测结果的对比分析

摘    要:目的评价四种血细胞分析仪的主要测定指标的可靠性。方法根据1986年国际血液学标准化委员会ICSH公布的关于自动血细胞计数仪评价的文件,用标准全血质控液以白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及血小板(PLT)4个测试项目评价Beckman Coulter LH750、Beckman Coulter ACT5dif、Abbott Cell Dyn3700以及迈瑞BC5500四种血细胞分析仪的批内精密度、批间精密度等指标,然后比较150份新鲜全血样本在四种仪器上的测定结果。结果四种血细胞分析仪的批内精密度、批间精密度等结果经单个样本t检验差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);临床标本在四种仪器上的测定结果经方差分析差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论四种血细胞分析仪的主要性能指标均符合要求,四项测定指标结果差异在允许范围内;同一实验室对不同血细胞分析仪结果进行定期比对和偏差评估是十分重要的,是保证检测结果准确可靠的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To assess the reliability of main parameters of the four automatic hematology analyzers.Methods Referring to the document announced by the International Hematology Standardization Committee ICSH in 1986,the accuracy and the intra and inter-assay precisions were compared by determination of WBC,RBC,HB and PLT of the standard whole blood samples from 150 subjects.Results There no significant differences were observed among the results of the accuracy and the intra and inter-assay precision; The results of F test showed that there was no significant differences in determination of samples of subject on four instruments (P0.05).Conclusion The hematology analyzers meet the requirements and their results are in good agreement with each other. It is important for laboratories to compare the results and variance of all the different hematology analyzers,which is also necessary to ensure the accuracy and precision of the results.
