温阳活血方对急性冠脉综合征患者临床症状、血管内皮细胞及炎症因子的影响

目的 观察温阳活血方对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的临床症状、炎症反应及血管内皮细胞功能的影响.方法 将80例ACS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上加用温阳活血方,观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候、心绞痛疗效、血清内皮素(ET)、肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、血栓素B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素F(6-keto-PGF)等指标变化.结果 治疗组及对照组中医证候总有效率分别为82.5%与62.5%,心绞痛总有效率分别为80%、65%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α、TXB_2、ET等均明显降低,6-keto-PGF显著升高(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 温阳活血方具有改善ACS患者临床症状、调节血管内皮细胞功能、降低炎症反应的作用.

Effect of Wenyang Huoxue Recipe on Clinical Symptoms, Vascular Endothelial Function and Inflammatory Factor of Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients

Objective To observe the effect of Wenyang Huoxue Recipe(Recipe for warming yang and activating blood)on clinical symptoms,vascular endothelial function and inflammatory reaction of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)patients.Methods The 80ACS patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated routinely with western medicine,based on which the treatment group was administered Wenyang Huoxue Recipe.The indices including TCM syndrome,effect on angina pectoris,serum endothelin(ET),tumor necrosis factor a(TNF-α),Interleukin-6(IL-6),thromboxane B_2(TXB_2),and 6-keto-prostaglandin F(6-keto-PGF)of two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results Total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 82.5%and 62.5%respectively,total effective rate of angina peetoris was 80%and 65%respectively,the difference between groups was significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum IL-6,TNF-α,TXB_2 and ET of the treatment group were significantly decreased,while 6-keto-PGF was significantly increased(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion Wenyang Huoxue Recipe functions to improve symptoms,regulate vascular endothelial function and reduce inflammatory reaction in the treatment of ACS patients.
