| 摘 要： | 目的 研究老年脓毒症患者凝血功能的变化及其对老年脓毒症患者预后的影响.方法 按照脓毒症的诊断标准将人住急诊ICU的老年患者分为脓毒症组(A组)146例和感染组(B组)48例,脓毒症组又按照预后分为生存组和死亡组.分别测定血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶原时间活动度(PTA)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APlT)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)6项与凝血功能有关的实验室指标.结果 A组中APTT、PT较B组延长(P<0.01).PTA较B组降低(P<0.01).A组中的PLT、FBG均高于B组(P<0.01).A组中的死亡组APTT、PT和TT较生存组明显延长(P<0.01或P<0.05),PTA降低(P<0.01).结论 老年脓毒症患者存在凝血功能紊乱;凝血功能的异常可预测患者的预后.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between coagulation dysfunction and the prognosis in geriatric patients with sepsis. Methods 194 patients from EICU of our hospital were collected. Patients were divided into two groups according to the diagnostic criteria of sepsis: sepsis group (n=146) or infection group (n=48).
