| 摘 要： | 目的以可压性淀粉和聚维酮K30为辅料,制备环维黄杨星D微丸。方法应用实验室用万能粉体处理装置制备微丸后,以粒径分布、平面临界稳定性、休止角、堆密度及脆碎度为主要评价指标,采用正交设计对工艺及处方优化。结果优化条件所得的微丸综合质量评价指标达到优秀。结论通过以上处方和工艺可制得满足进一步包衣要求的环维黄杨星D微丸。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare pellets of cyclovirobuxinum D (CVB-D) with the pegelatinized starch and PVP.Method After pellets were prepared on MECHANOMILL,the effects of process variables and formulation variables were investigated on particle size distribution,friability,one-plane-critical-stability (OPCS),angle of repose and bulk density.The formulation and preparation process of CVB-D pellets were optimized by means of orthogonal design.Result The result analysis of CVB-D pellets in the optimized condition was excellent.Conclusion The pellets of CVB-D could be made successfully by the optimized formulation and preparation process. |
