压疮的辨证施护体会

目的：解决长期卧床患者压疮问题，使治疗方案顺利完成。方法：对40例压疮患者，运用中医理论对其进行正确辨证施护，并与40例常规护理进行对照。结果：辨证施护组与常规护理组有极显著性差异（P〈0.001）。结论：辨证施护突出了中医同病异治的原则，在临床上也起到了同病异护的效果，提高了患者的依从性，使治疗方案顺利完成，并增进了护患之间的合作与了解。

Reflections on the dialectical nursing of pressure sore patients

Objective： To solve the problem of pressure sore of bedridden patients so that the treatment program eould be smoothly fulfilled. Methods： A study was conducted on 40 patients suffering from pressure sore and nursed dialectically by using the theories of TCM （traditional Chinese medicine） in contrast with 40 pressure sore patients nursed conventionally. Results： There existed a high significance （P〈0.001） between the dialectically nursed group of patients and the conventionally nursed group. Conclusion： The principle of treating the same disease with different method was stressed in the dialectical nursing, and clinically the effect of nursing the same disease with different method was achieved. The compliance of the patients was improved and the treatment program was smoothly fulfilled, and the cooperation and understanding between the patients and the nurses were enhanced.
