磁性白蛋白载药微球的磁定位研究

摘    要:目的根据流体力学和电磁学理论,对5氟-尿嘧啶磁性白蛋白微球在毛细血管内的受力进行分析,推导出其磁场定位条件。方法以毛细玻璃管模拟血管,可调体外循环装置作为流体动力装置,自制的螺线管作为磁场发射装置,观察5-FU-MAMS在血管中的磁聚集规律。结果 5-FU-MAMS在磁场作用下,纳米微球快速向磁铁方向聚集,并呈串珠样排列,随着磁场强度的加大,纳米微球的运动速度加快;微球能否在磁场区域聚积,主要取决于流体对颗粒的黏滞力和磁场作用使管壁对颗粒产生的滞留力之间的相对大小。结论 5-FU-MAMS磁性稳定,靶向性强,磁场定位应满足公式:π/6dp^3μMd|dB/d1|≥(18.6πηvD^2)/R+U

Abstract:Objective According to fluid mechanics,electromagnetism theory and the experiment of 5-fluorouracil magnetic albumin microspheres(5-FU-MAMS)in endocapillary,It can be deduced the condition of magnetic guidance.Methods The blood vessel were stimulated by glass capillary,and the circulation of funds outside the bank system as hydro-kinetic force devices and home-made solenoid as magnetic field discharger,in order to observe 5-FU-MAMS magnetic guidance regularity.Results 5-FU-MAMS rapidly moved and aggregated ...
