| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经腹经阴道超声检查对腹腔妊娠的诊断价值。方法：对5例临床拟诊为腹腔妊娠的患者进行经腹或经阴二维超声检查，并将其结果与手术及病理结果进行对照分析。结果：术前超声检出的腹腔妊娠与手术病理诊断基本符合3例，误诊2例。结论：二维超声对腹腔妊娠的诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the value of transabdomined and/or transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abdominal pregnancy.Methods: Ultrasonography was performed in 5 patients with abdominal pregnancy.The sonographic results were correlated with surgical and pathologic findings.Results: Among the 5 cases,transabdomined and/or transvaginal ultrasonography were established abdominal pregnancy in 3 case,however the other 2 cases were missed.Conclusions: Two-dimensional ultrasonography should be significant value for diagnosing in abdominal pregnancy. |
