等离子刀在肩峰下关节镜中的临床应用研究

摘    要:目的报道等离子刀在肩峰下关节镜中的临床应用结果。方法本组共15例。采用Arthro Care 2000等离子仪,在肩峰下关节镜下,以等离子刀清理肩峰下间隙内疏松组织和止血,并对炎性或增生病变组织进行消融清除。对肩峰下撞击征以等离子刀进行减压术。结果所有病例经6~40个月随诊,7例主观满意度为优,5例为良,3例为一般,没有差者,优良率达到80%。结论等离子刀用于肩峰下关节镜具有出血少、创伤小、康复快、操作简便、手术时间短等优点。

Abstract:Objective To report the results of application of radiofrequency in subacromial arthroscopy. Methods Fifteen patients were included. Arthrocare 2000 radiofrequency instrument was applied. Under subacromial arthroscopy, radiofrequency was used for removing the loose tissue as well as the inflammatory or hyperplastic tissue in the subacromial space and controlling bleeding. Decompression was made by radiofrequency to treat subacromial impingement syndrome. Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 40 months (mean, 23.5 months). Seven patients had no shoulder pain, 3 had slight, yet tolerable pain and 5 had indistinct pain under the circumstance of continuous activity or weather change. The subjective satisfaction was excellent in 7 patients, good in 5, fair in 3 and bad in none. The total excellent and good rate was 80% . Conclusion Radiofrequency as a tool of subacromial arthroscopy have many advantages such as less bleeding, less trauma, quicker rehabilitation, simpler maneuverability, shorter operation time and higher safety. Radiofrequency is the tool of first choice for subacromial arthroscopy.
