| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（ALA-PDT）治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣（CA）的影响及护理。方法：30例尿道CA患者应用光动力治疗并积极进行局部护理。结果：30例尿道尖锐湿疣（CA）患者疣体完全脱落，随访半年，3例复发，复发率10％。结论：光动力疗法是一种安全、高效的治疗方法，良好的护理措施能保证和提高其疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) with topical 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) on condyloma acuminatum. Methods:Thirty patients with condyloma acuminatum were treated by ALA-PDT. Results:The all warts in 30 cases of CA were completely fallout, and the 30 cases have been followed up for half year, 3 cases out of them were recurrence, the recurrent rate was 10%.Conclusion:Photodynamic therapy is a safety efficient treatment method, favorable nursing care may improve the effect... |
