人工指关节的过去、现在和未来

摘    要:以往使用的人工指关节为强制连接式、非强制式、间隔式三种模式 ,常因磨损、老化等因素而导致失败。目前 ,人工指关节的设计融合了解剖形状设计、骨整合概念、高新科技材料三种新概念 ,在一定程度上提高了关节功能的恢复。将来 ,同时具有目前研究三个方向优点的材料 ,将是指关节假体设计的新方向。此外 ,通过生物学重建的方法和组织工程 ,将解决现存的各项问题 ,从而使人工关节更趋完美。

Abstract:In the past, design of artificial finger joints has three models: linked and constrained designs, non constrained designs and spacer designs. These designs failed invariably, due to breakage and wear of the components.Recently, there are three new concepts of designs in finger joint prosthesis: anatomical shape designs, osteo integration designs and new material. In the future,a combination of the three recent developments may open up a new direction in the design of finger joint prosthesis. Besides, biological reconstruction and tissue engineering must be the answer to the extent problem. These will make the artificial finger joints more perfect.
