112例药品不良反应报告分析

目的：探讨我院药品不良反应的发生情况。方法：对我院2003年-2007年收集的112例药品不良反应（ADR）报告作回顾性分析。结果：我院ADR涉及的药品种类及例次中,以抗菌药物占首位,其次是中药制剂;主要的ADR类型为皮肤及附件损害,其次为胃肠系统损害;注射给药ADR发生率占绝大部分。结论：加强对静脉滴注抗生素和中药注射剂时的ADR观察,重视ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药。

Adverse Drug Reactions: Analysis of 112 Cases

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the adverse drug reactions occurred in our hospital. METHODS： 112 cases of ADRs reported in our hospital from 2003 - 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： The ADRs were predominantly induced by antibacterial agents, followed by Chinese dings preparations. The main presentation of the ADRs was lesion of skin and its appendages, followed by damage of gastrointestinal system. The majority of the ADRs occurred via intravenous route. CONCLUSION： It is urgent to strengthen monitoring on ADRs during intravenous dripping of antibacterial agents and Chinese medicinal injections to promote rational drug use in the clinic.
