| 摘 要： | 目的研究感染牙髓中诱导型细胞因子白细胞介素-8（IL-8）的变化情况,为揭示IL-8对牙髓炎等疾病的作用提供依据。方法收集正常人及急、慢性牙髓炎患者牙髓各30例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测牙髓组织中IL-8的表达。结果在正常牙髓组织中,未检测到IL-8,在炎症组织中有较高程度的表达。结论IL-8的表达量与人牙髓炎症程度相关,对临床诊断具有指导意义。
