腺样体切除结合鼓膜切开治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效研究

目的 评价腺样体切除结合鼓膜切开治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2010年3月至2013年2月我院收治的儿童分泌性中耳炎患者36例,随机分为两组,其中对照组18例,采取内镜下鼓膜切开置管治疗;观察组18例,采取内镜下鼓膜切开置管联合腺样体切除术治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症的发生率.结果 观察组总有效率为94.4％,对照组总有效率为83.2％,两组患者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组术后发生鼓膜穿孔、听力下降及化脓性中耳炎的耳数分别为1、3、2例,并发症发生率为16.7％;对照组术后发生鼓膜穿孔、听力下降及化脓性中耳炎的耳数分别为2、6、5例,并发症发生率为36.1％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腺样体切除结合鼓膜切开治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎临床疗效好,安全系数高,值得在临床上予以推广.

Efficacy of adenoidectomy combined myringotomy in treatment of children with secretory otitis media

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination of myringotomy adenoidectomy in treatment of children with secretory otitis media.Methods 36 children patients with secretory otitis media from March 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,a control group of 18 patients taking endoscopic tympanostomy tube treatment; 18 cases in observation group took endoscopic tympanostomy tube joint adenoidectomy treatment,the incidence of the two groups were observed as well as the efficacy and complications.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 94.4％,while 83.2％ in the control group,showing statistical significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Complications occurred in the observation group was 16.7％; while it was 36.1％ in the control group,showing statistical significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of myringotomy and adenoidectomy has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of secretory otitis media,which is good for children,with high safety factor,deserved to be promoted in clinical practice.
