原发性肝癌患者血清可溶性B7-H4的检测及其临床意义

目的：检测原发性肝癌患者血清中可溶性B7-H4（sB7-H4）的水平并探讨其临床意义。方法：应用ELISA夹心法检测38例原发性肝癌患者与51例正常人血清sB7-H4水平,探讨其临床意义。结果：原发性肝癌患患者血清sB7-H4水平为（52．90±23．26）μg／L,正常人血清sB7-H4水平（32．67±12．28）μg／L,两者比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）,且原发性肝癌患者血清sB7-H4水平与AFP水平呈正相关;I／II期原发性肝癌患患者血清sB7-H4水平显著高于III／IV期患者;术后原发性肝癌患患者血清sB7-H4水平显著低于术前。结论-原发性肝癌患患者血清sB7-H4水平显著增高,且与临床分期、治疗情况呈正相关,提示sB7-H4可能与原发性肝癌的发病有关,检测sB7-H4对原发性肝癌的诊断及疗效评估有一定的意义。

Detection and Significance of Soluble B7-H4 (sB7-H4) in Serum of Primary Hepatocarcinoma

Objective： To detect soluble B7 - H4 （ sB7 - H4 ） in serum of primary hepatocarcinoma patients and discuss its clinical significanees. Method： Sandwich ELISA was applied to test sB7 - H4 in serum of 38 primary hepatocarcinoma patients and 51 healthy controls. Result： Serum sB7 - H4 in patients is 52.90 ±23.26 μg/L whereas healthy controls＇ is 32.67 ± 12.28 μg/L. The difference between them showed significance （ P 〈0.01 ）. Serum sB7 -H4 in patients positively correlated with AFP. And serum sB7 -H4 in patients of phase I/II was significandy higher than that of phase III/IV. Serum sB7 - H4 in postoperative patients was significantly lower than that of preoperative. Conclusion： Serum sB7 - H4 of primary hepatocarcinoma patients increases significantly and positively correlates with clinical stages and therapeutic conditions, which implicates that sB7 - H4 correlates with the occurrence of primary hepatoearcinoma. Detecting on sB7 - H4 is helpful for primary hepatocarcinoma diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation.
