子宫腺肌病超声诊断

目的：提高子宫腺肌病的超声诊断率。方法：对经手术病理证实的45例子宫腺肌病的超声图像特征进行分析。结果：45例子宫腺肌病中有7例误诊为子宫肌瘤。超声对本病诊断符合率为85％（38/45）,误诊率为16％（7/45）。子宫腺肌病图像可分为四型：Ⅰ型（弥漫型）18例,Ⅱ型（后壁型）10例,Ⅲ型（前壁型）6例,Ⅳ型（局灶型）11例。结论：超声对子宫腺肌病有一定的诊断价值,但局灶型子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤易混淆,应予注意和鉴别。

Diagnosis of 45 Cases with Uterine Adenomyosis by Ultrasonography

Objective To improve the diagnostic rate of ultrasonography in uterine adenomyosis. Methods The ultrasonogra- phic features were analyzed in 45 cases with uterine adenomyosis, which were proved by operative and pathologic results. Results Seven of forty-five cases were misdiagnosed as hysteromyoma by ultrasound with accurate and erroneous rate of 85% and 16%, respectively. The patterns of all cases were divided into four types: diffuse type(n=18), posterior wall type(n=10), anterior wall type(n=6) and local type(n=11).Conclusions Ultrasonography has definite diagnostic value in uterine adenomyosis. We should pay more attention to the local type of uterine adenomyosis which is easily confused with hystermyoma.
