加味半夏白术天麻汤配合西药治疗痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压病60例的临床观察

目的观察加味半夏白术天麻汤对痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压病患者临床症状、24小时动态血压的影响。方法将60例痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压病患者按1：1随机分成治疗组和对照组,均以左旋氨氯地平片2.5mg,每日一次口服治疗,治疗组同时用加味半夏白术天麻汤,两组疗程均为30天,观察两组患者中医临床症状、24小时动态血压的改善情况。结果①降压疗效：治疗组改善24小时平均收缩压、白天平均收缩压、夜间平均收缩压优于对照组,组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,两组对舒张压的影响无显著性差异。②.症状积分疗效：治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,治疗组中医临床症状较对照组比较有明显改善（χ2=4.319,P〈0.05）。结论加味半夏白术天麻汤对中医辨证属痰湿壅盛之原发性高血压病患者疗效确切,且能明显改善眩晕、头重等临床症状。

Clinical Effect of the Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combining Western Medicine on 60 Patients with Phlegm-dampness Type Primary Hypertension

objective TO observe the clinical effect of the Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianrna decoction on patients with Phlegm-dampness Type Primary hypertension on symptoms and the 24h ambulatory blood pressure. Method 60 subjects with Phlegm-dampness Type Primary hypertension were randomly and evenly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with Levoamlodipine Maleate Tablets（2.5rag） orally on a daily basis, but the control group was also administered Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction. Both groups were with a course of 30 days. Results 1. Both SBP on average within 24 hours, SBP in the daytime on average and SBP at night on average for the treatment group were much more improved than the control group, and there is a remarkable difference across the two groups （P〈0.05）. However, there is no significant difference in terms of DBP. 2. The effective rate was 90.0% for the treatment group and 63.3% for the control group. The symptoms in terms of Chinese herbal medical treatment were much more improved as compared with the control group （（2=4.319, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Modified Banxia Baizbu Tianma decoction has a definite clinical effects on Phlegm-dampness Type Primary hypertension, and can ameliorate dizziness and a heaviness in head.
