派丽奥治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效观察

目的：观察派丽奥抗生素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：选择临床诊断为慢性牙周炎的患者30例76颗患牙随机分为局部机械治疗对照组和加用派丽奥的实验组。记录基线、用药后1周、4周及8周的牙龈指数（GI）、牙周探诊深度（PD）和探诊出血（BOP）的变化并进行统计学分析。结果：实验组和对照组在基线时各临床指标差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），治疗后两组患牙各临床指标较用药前有明显改善（P〈0．05），而且两组间各时段差异也有统计学意义。结论：派丽奥是治疗牙周炎有效、安全的局部治疗药物。

Clinical observation of periocline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of periocline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods:76 teeth from 30 patients suffering from periodontitis were selected. The teeth were randomly divided into test group and control group. Following initial therapy,Periocline was applied to the teeth in the test group at baseline and 1 to 4 weeks,but the control group received no drug.The clinical indices including gingival index(GI),probing depth(PD),bleeding on probing(BOP)and response to the ointments were evaluated at baseline,and 1,4,8 weeks after treatment. Results:At the baseline,there was no significant difference in the indices between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment , both groups showed improvement in their examined indices(P<0.05),while there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Periocline was effective and secure local delivery drug for treating periodontitis.
