驱蚊草的组织培养研究

目的为驱蚊草进行大规模的商业化生产打下技术基础。方法利用组织培养的方法,在添加不同种类、浓度植物激素处理组合的培养基上,对外植体进行愈伤组织的诱导培养,芽的诱导、增殖与继代培养以及生根培养进行研究。结果筛选出适宜于各种培养的最佳培养基。结论用驱蚊草的顶芽和侧芽作为外植体,利用组织培养的方法能够实现驱蚊草的大规模商业化生产和繁殖种苗。

Researches on Tissue Culture of Quwencao

Objective To lay a solid technological foundation of large-scale commercialized production of Quwencao. Methods We adopted tissue culture on the culture media treated by adding different species and concentrations of plant hormones to induced-culture the callus outside the plant. We studied the induction culture, vegetation culture, secondary culture and rooting culture. Result The best culture media were screened and sorted out for various cultures. Conclusion We may use the top and lateral buds as the explants, and adopt tissue culture to realize the large-scale commercialized production and seed seedling breeding of Quwencao.
