电子配血系统临床应用可行性研究

摘    要:
目的 评估自行开发的电子配血系统临床应用效果,为下一步推广电子配血提供试验数据.方法 设计《电子配血调查表》,将自行开发的电子配血系统安装到2家医院,使用前对医院输血科相关人员做电子配血系统的操作培训;在为期1个月的试用期里,输血科按照所制定的电子配血标准操作规程执行:对采用电子配血“出库”的血液,再作血清学交叉配血试验,根据血清学试验结果发放血液到临床.结果 试用电子配血系统1个月,2家医院共有112名受血者接受了258次电子配血和血清学交叉配血试验,2种配血方法结果一致,均未导致发生溶血性输血反应,采用电子配血明显降低血液出库时间,C/T率从1.6降低到1.3.结论 该自行开发的电子配血系统模拟临床应用效果安全,不仅可以缩短血液出库时间,还可因减少血清学交叉配血而降低患者医疗费用.

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of electronic cross-match system(EM-V1.0) which were designed by ourself,in order to provide comprehensive test data of electronic cross-match blood for the future.Methods We designed a questionnaires in electronic cross-match blood,then installed the EM to two try hospitals trial for one month,to develop and implement standard operating procedures of electronic cross-match of blood.Technician training should be taken before using EM.Serological cross-match tests should be done after blood issue completed by EM,also blood issue should base on serological blood test results.Results In one month,about 112 blood recipients were transfused 488U RBCs,and 258 tests were completed by electronic cross-match and serological cross-match blood tests.It was concordance in two difference methods,and no hemolyze reaction occurred after 488 U blood were transfused.Electronic cross distribution blood clearly reduced blood issue time,and C/T rates reduced from 1.6 to 1.3.The reduced serological cross-match will clearly reduce patients′ medical costs.Conclusion The application of EM can ensure blood safety,reduce the blood issue time and the cost of patient care.
