| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察经前平颗粒对中枢神经递质受体亚型的表达,探讨中药治疗情志障碍及经前期综合征(PMS)的微观机制。方法:PMS肝气逆症大鼠模型分别给予不同药物,连续4个月经周期,免疫组化法检测海马5-HT1A受体、5-HT2受体阳性细胞。结果:经前平颗粒能缓解焦虑症状,并使模型大鼠海马5-HT1A受体阳性细胞率明显增多(P<0.05),5-HT2受体阳性细胞率显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:中药经前平颗粒可通过调节中枢5-HT1A和5-HT2受体的表达,治疗与PMS有关的情志障碍。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the micro-mechanism on feeling obstacle and premenstrual syndrome(PMS) by observing herbal on the expression of the neurotransmiter receptor in neutron.Methods:give PMS model rats with liver-qi invasion different medicine for four menstrual periods,and check the positive cell of 5-HT_(1A) and 5-HT_2 receptor in the rat hippocampi by immunohistochemistry method.Results:Jingqianping granule can relax the anxiety symptom,and significantly increase the positive cell of 5-HT_(1A),and significantly lower the positive cell expression of 5-HT_2 receptor in hippocampi of PMS model rat(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jingqianping granule could treat feeling obstacle related with PMS by controlling the expressin of 5-HT_(1A) and 5-HT_2 receptor in central nervous system. |
