角色模糊对本科护生实习初期临床实践能力的影响研究

摘    要:
目的了解本科护生实习初期角色模糊和临床实践能力状况,为进行相关干预提供参考。方法采用一般情况调查表、护理本科生临床实践行为表现自评量表、角色模糊量表对安徽省某教学医院护理专业处于实习初期的本科护生275人进行问卷调查。结果本科护生临床实践能力总分为159.96±20.61;角色模糊总均分14.77±4.83,各条目得分均3分。角色模糊与临床实践能力总分及各维度呈正相关(均P0.01)。回归分析显示角色模糊会影响护生临床实践能力(P0.01)。结论护理本科生实习初期角色模糊呈中高水平,临床实践各能力发展不均衡。角色模糊是临床实践能力的重要影响因素,提示护理教育者应及时采取措施,最大限度降低护生的角色模糊水平,提高护生的临床实践能力,保证护生后期实习的顺利进行。

Abstract:
Objective To understand the status of role ambiguity and clinical practice ability of undergraduate nursing students at the early-stage of clinical practice,and to provide reference for future intervention.Methods A total of 275 undergraduate nursing students who were at the early stage of clinical practice in a teaching hospital in Anhui province were investigated with a demographic questionnaire,Clinical Performance Self-Rating Scale of Undergraduate Nursing Student,and Role Ambiguity Scale.Results The total score of clinical practice ability was (159.96±20.61),the total score of role ambiguity was (14.77±4.83),and the scores of all item were less than 3.There was a positive correlation between the total score of role ambiguity and total score of,or dimension scores of clinical practice ability (P<0.01 for all).Regression analysis showed that role ambiguity could affect clinical practice ability of nursing students (P<0.01).Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students' role ambiguity was at medium to high level,and the development of their clinical practice ability was unevenly.Role ambiguity is an important factor influencing the abili ty of clinical practice.Nursing educators should take measures to minimize nursing students' role ambiguity,improve their clinical practice ability of students,so as to help them smooth the clinical practice period.
