护生ASK综合评估体系的设计及临床教学效果评价

目的评价ASK综合评估体系在护理临床实习教学中的应用效果,提高临床实习质量。方法选择400名实习护生按照实习时间分为对照组和观察组各200名,对照组采用传统临床实习带教,观察组设计ASK综合评估表用于临床实习带教,包含职业态度、临床技能与日常服务表现、知识,并增设患者满意度调查。结果两组护生出科理论与操作技能考核成绩、患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论 ASK综合评估能提高临床实习教学效果。

Design and application of attitude-skill-knowledge evaluation system for nursing students during clinical practice

Objective To explore the effect of attitude-skill knowledge evaluation system for nursing students during clinical practice.Methods Four hundred nursing students were assigned into two groups of 200 according to the year when they started practicing in hospital.The control group received traditional mentoring,while the observation group was subjected to alternative mentoring:attitude-skill-knowledge evaluation system was designed to measure nursing students' professional attitude,clinical skills and daily service performance,as well as knowledge level,and patient satisfaction was also used to reflect students' clinical performance.Results The scores of theoretical and practical exams performed before completing practice in each department,as well as patient satisfaction,had significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.01 for all).Conclusion Attitude-skill-knowledge evaluation system used in clinical practice could improve teaching effect.
