口部刺激联合健康教育对孤独症患儿口腔健康行为的影响

目的探讨口部刺激联合健康教育对孤独症患儿口腔健康行为的影响。方法将72例孤独症患儿随机分为对照组(37例)和干预组(35例)。对照组对患儿照顾者行口腔保健知信行健康教育,干预组在对照组的基础上实施口部触觉刺激干预,连续干预2个月。比较干预前后两组患儿口腔健康行为及照顾者口腔保健知信行评分的差异。结果干预后两组照顾者口腔保健知信行评分显著高于干预前,干预组显著高于对照组(均P0.01)。干预后两组患儿口腔保健行为评分显著高于干预前,干预组显著高于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论将口部触觉刺激技术结合口腔健康知信行健康教育,用于孤独症患儿口腔健康行为干预和照顾者指导,能提高孤独症患儿口腔健康行为及照顾者口腔保健知信行程度。

Effect of oral stimuli combining with health education on oral health behavior of children with autism

Objective To explore the effect of oral stimuli combining with health education on oral health behavior of children with autism.Methods Totally 72 children with autism were randomly divided into a control group (n=37) and an intervention group (n=35).The caregivers of the children in the control group received oral health education on knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP),while the intervention group additionally received oral tactile stimulation,which lasted 2 months.The scores on oral health behavior among the children and the KAP scores of their caregivers between the 2 groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the KAP scores on oral health of the caregivers in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the KAP score of the caregivers in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.01 for all).The scores on oral health behavior among the children with autism in the 2 groups after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention and the score in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Application of oral tactile stimulation technology combining with KAP oral health education in oral health behavior intervention for children with autism and their caregivers,can improve oral health behavior of the children and oral health KAP of their caregivers.
