甲状腺滤泡癌的肿瘤标志物研究进展

灵敏度高、特异性强的肿瘤标志物有助于甲状腺滤泡癌的术前诊断,为制定更合理的治疗方案提供帮助。端粒酶和端粒酶反转录酶的活性测定是鉴别甲状腺滤泡癌和腺瘤的良好指标;PAX8-PPARγ1重排基因的出现高度预示甲状腺恶性病变;β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白在正常甲状腺组织及腺瘤组织中不表达或低表达,而在甲状腺滤泡状癌中高表达;基质金属蛋白酶主要表达于恶性甲状腺滤泡性损害;甲状腺恶性病变中p27和甲状腺过氧化物酶的表达明显降低,在鉴别甲状腺良恶性肿瘤中具有很高的敏感性。

Study Advancement about Tumor Markers of Thyroid Follicular Carcinoma

Tumor markers with high sensitivity and strong specificity are helpful to preoperative diagnosis of thyroid follicular carcinoma and can provide help to design more feasible therapeutic regimen.To determine activity of the telomerase and hTERT is a good index to discriminate adenoma and thyroid follicular carcinoma;The occurrence of PAX8-PPARγ1 rearrangement gene highly signifies the thyroid malignant disease;β-galactoside-binding protein has low or none expression in normal thyroid gland and adenomatous tissue,while high expression in thyroid follicular carcinoma.Matrix metalloproteinase is mainly expressed in malignant thyroid follicular lesions;The expression of p27 and TPO in malignant thyroid disease is degraded obviously and has high sensitivity in discriminating the benign or malignant thyroid diseases.
