| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determination of icariin in Qianliekang Capsule. Methods： The determi- nation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column（250mm ×4. 6mm,5μm）. Acetonitrile -water（25：75） was used as the mo- bile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-l and the detective wavelength was set at 270nm. The column temperature was at 30℃. Results：The linear range of icariin was from 0. 372 to 1. 860μg（ r = 0. 9996 ） and the average recovery was 99. 84% （ RSD0. 96%, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is Simple, High sensitivity and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Qianliekang Capsule. |
