| Abstract: | Objective： To set up a method for determining schisandrin in Wttrcnchtm capsule. Methods： The analysis was carried on a column of ODS - C18 with a mobile phase consisted of methanol（ 65 % ） ： 0. 05 % glacial acetic acid （ 35 % ） isogradient elution at the flow rate of 1 mL/min-l. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results：The linearlty was obtained in the range of 0. 1508 - 1. 5080 μg（ r = 0. 9997）. The average recoveries of schisandrin in Compound fructus schisandrae ehinensis tablet was 102. 72% ,and the RSD was 0. 99%. Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and rapid. It may be suitable for the usual quality control of schisandrin and sensitive. It may be suitable for the determination of the Content in Wurenehun eapsul. |
