| 摘 要： | 目的：测定食管癌细胞对肿瘤化疗药物的体外敏感性，寻找最佳化疗方案。方法：采用四氮唑盐（MTT）法，取18种化疗方案所用的药物对45例食管癌细胞进行体外敏感性测定。结果：不同个体的食管癌细胞对化疗药物的敏感性差异较大，联合用药较单一用药的平均抑制率高。结论：MTT法是一种简便而快速的测定肿瘤体外药物敏感性的试验方法，测定结果可用于食管癌临床个体化化疗方案的选择。
