偏头痛和脑卒中关系的研究进展

偏头痛是反复发作的一种搏动性头痛,属众多头痛类型中的"大户",是一种可以逐步恶化的疾病,发病率逐渐增高。脑卒中又称卒中或脑血管意外,是一组突然起病,以出现意识障碍和局灶性神经功能缺失为共同特征的急性脑血管病。脑卒中和偏头痛有许多相同的症状,这给偏头痛患者增添了患脑卒中的担忧,偏头痛与脑卒中关系的研究较多,但偏头痛可导致脑卒中的确切机制目前仍不明确,因此需进一步研究两者间的关系。

The Research Progress of Relationship between Migraine and Stroke

Stroke and migraine have a lot of same symptoms, which gives migraine patients extra worries for stroke. The relationship between migraine and stroke has been studied a lot, but the exact mechanism of migraine leading to stroke is still unclear, which calls for further study of the correlation between them.
