槐耳颗粒对30例晚期胃癌患者T细胞亚群的影响

目的观察槐耳颗粒(金克牌)对胃癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,探讨其在抗胃恶性肿瘤免疫中的临床意义。方法将2005年6月至2010年10月大连医科大学附属医院收治的61例晚期胃癌患者随机分为试验组(30例)和对照组(31例),所有患者均接受FAM化疗方案,试验组患者在化疗开始同时口服槐耳颗粒(每次20 g,每日3次,持续12周),对照组不用槐耳颗粒。治疗12周后采用流式细胞技术对两组患者进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群测定,并对所有患者进行Karnofsky评分。结果治疗后,试验组患者的T细胞亚群CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8比值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组患者Karnof-sky评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论晚期胃癌患者在化疗的同时服用槐耳颗粒可显著改善患者的免疫功能,提高化疗的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

The Impact of Huaier Particles on T Lymphocyte Subsets in Peripheral Blood of 30 Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To observe the impact of Huaier particles（ Jinke brand） on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer,and explore its clinical significance for anti-gastric malignancy immunity. Methods 61 cases with advanced gastric cancer admitted by Dalian Medical University Affiliated Second Hospital from Jun. 2005 to Oct. 2010 were selected and randomly divided into two groups： 30 cases in test group and 31 cases in control group. All of the patients were treated by FAM chemotherapy regimen;patients in test group also received Huaier particles through oral administration,20g tid,for 12 weeks ,while patients in control group did not receive Huaier particles treatment. After 12 weeks of treatment, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of all patients were measured using flow cytometry, Kamofsky score were detected before and after treatment. Results T lymphocyte subsets CD3 , CD4 and CD4/CDs ratio of patients of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no significant difference in CD8 of patients between the test group and the control group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Karnofsky score improvement of the test group patients after treatment was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Simultaneously taking Huaier particles during chemotherapy can obviously improve the immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer, and enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy, thus is worthy of clinical application.
