医学院校大学生抑郁情绪与生活事件的相关分析

目的:了解医学生抑郁状态并探讨其与生活事件的相关性,为进一步对具有抑郁情绪的医学生进行心理干预提供科学依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法抽取安徽省某医学院校1720名大学生进行自填式问卷调查,并做影响因素分析。结果:大学生抑郁症状检出率为25.96%,且不同性别、不同专业差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);但不同专业抑郁水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且护理学专业抑郁水平较高。"晚上睡不好觉"、"孤独、寂寞"、"没有朋友"、"父母感情不和"以及"被同学理解"等10项事件对大学生抑郁情绪产生显著影响。结论:重视医学生中存在的抑郁情绪问题及与生活事件的相关性,采取积极有效措施降低或消除医学生抑郁情绪。

Correlation analysis between depressed mood and life events among medical college students

Objective ：To investigate the depressed mood state in medical college students and its correlation with life events for scientific evidences to supply the students with psychological intervention. Methods ： By clus- ter sampling, 1 720 students from a medial college of Anhui province were surveyed by self-administered questionnaire, and the related influencing factors were analyzed. Results ： Detectable depressed mood was 25.96% of the total participants. Although there was no statistical difference con- cerning sexes and specialties （ P 〉 0.05 ）, yet the difference was signifi- cant regarding the levels of depressed mood in students majoring different specialty （P 〈 0.05 ） , with the highest in those majoring in nursing. The significant life events associated with prevalence or levels of depressed mood included ＂ not sleeping well at night＂, ＂feelings of loneliness＂, ＂lack of friends＂, ＂discordant relationship of parents＂ and ＂no under- standing from classmates＂ ,etc. Concluslon：Negative life events are asso- ciated with the prevalence or levels of depressed mood in medical college students, which shall call our attention by taking active measures to reduce the disorders in these population.
