高血压脑出血微创血肿清除术治疗分析

目的分析高血压脑出血微创血肿清除术的治疗现状,并进一步了解其发展方向。方法采用电子、手工检索的方法收集2001年1月至2012年1月经微创血肿清除术治疗的高血压脑出血患者的相关资料,并进行研究分析。结果本研究共检索到微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的试验、病案研究文献316篇。所有文献显示微创血肿清除术能够有效地降低高血压脑出血病死率。结论在我国,微创血肿清除术已在临床得到普遍开展,而且被充分证实是有效的,但是仍缺乏一定的前瞻性、随机性的研究,并且临床疗效有待于进一步验证。

Analysis on Minimally lnvasive Hematoma Evacuation Treating Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the present treatment situation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive surgery, and understand its dereloping direction. Methods Through electronic and manual search, the data of patients who received minimally invasive drainage of hematoma for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage during January 2001-January 2012 were analyzed. Results The research detected a total of 316 articles of minimally invasive drainage of hematoma for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. All literature showed that minimally invasive hematoma evacuation can effectively reduce the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage mortality. Conclusion In China, the minimally invasive hematoma evacuation are generally applied in clinical, and is fully confirmed the efficacy. However, a prospective randomized study is lacked, and the clinical curative effect needs to be further verified.
