| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断帆状胎盘的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析26名经彩色多普勒超声检查诊断为帆状胎盘的孕妇临床资料,并随访至生产。结果:26名孕妇均经剖腹产顺利生产,24例与临床相符,且2名合并有血管前置,2名为球拍状胎盘。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查是诊断帆状胎盘的重要检查手段,可为临床提供重要的应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： Evaluation of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of velamentous placenta application value. Methods ： Retrospective analysis of 2011.1-2012.6 in our hospital by color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of velamentous placenta of 26 preg-nant women and followed up to production. Results： The 26women underwent cesarean section smooth production,in24 patients with clinically compatible, and 2 with vosa previa, 2 for the racket shape placenta. Conclusion： Color Doppler uhrasonograply for the diagnosis of velamentous placenta is one of the most important means of examination, for clinical provide important application value. |
