中药外敷治疗急性软组织损伤临床疗效观察

目的:观察自配中药药膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将门诊急性软组织损伤患者203例随机分为两组,治疗组106例运用自配中药药膏治疗,对照组97例运用正骨水治疗,两组均治疗6天后观察疗效。结果:自配中药药膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效显著,治愈率达73.58%,有效率达99.06%,均优于正骨水对照组(12.37%、79.38%),在疗程等方面也优于正骨水对照组。结论:自配中药药膏对治疗急性软组织损伤疗效显著、安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observations of Outer Application of TCD on Acute Soft Tissue Injury

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of outer application of TCD on acute soft tissue injury. Methods： 203 pa-tients with acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into two groups. 106 patients in treatment group were treated with outer application of TCD; 97 patients in control group were treated with the orthopedic water,with a treatment course of 6 days for both groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after one treatment courses in both groups. Results ： The therapeutic effect of outer ap-plication of TCD in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury in our hospital clinical significant is effective. The curative rate was 73. 58%,total effective rate was 99.06% while （12. 37%,79.38% ）in the control and also in treatment course. Conclusion：Outer ap plication of TCD is effective and safe in treating acute soft tissue iniury with few side effect, and is worthy of treating.
