加减三仁汤治疗湿热蕴脾型便秘疗效观察

目的:观察加减三仁汤治疗湿热蕴脾型便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取湿热蕴脾型便秘患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用三仁汤加减进行治疗,对照组采用聚乙二醇4000进行治疗,治疗1个月后,对比两组患者治疗便秘的疗效以及中医证候的改善情况。结果:观察组21例治愈,总有效率为73.33%,对照组11例治愈,总有效率为53.33%,观察组明显优于对照组;两组患者的中医证候评分比较,观察组28例治愈,总有效率为90.00%,对照组4例治愈,总有效率为20.00%,观察组明显优于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减三仁汤治疗湿热蕴脾型便秘的临床疗效良好,能够明显改善患者的全身症状,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Effect of Modified Sanren Decoction in the Treatment of Damp-heat Retention Spleen Constipation

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified Sanren Decoction in the treatment of damp-heat retention spleen constipation. Methods： 120 patients with damp-heat retention spleen constipation were selected in our hospital, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 patients in each group, the patients in the observation group were treated by Sanren decoction, while in the control group were treated with polyethylene glycol 4000, the curative effect and TCM symptom improvement of both groups were compared. Results： 21 patients recurred in the observation group, the total efficiency was 73.33%, while it was 53. 33%, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group; InTCM syndrome score, 28 patients recurred in the observation group, the total effective rate was 90%~, while it was 20 % in the control group, which showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The modified Sanren Decoction has good curative it can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms, is worth popu-larizing.
