摘    要:核因子κB受体活化因子/核因子κB受体活化因子配体/骨保护素(RANK/RANKL/OPG)信号通路是近些年来骨代谢领域的重大发现。许多激素、细胞因子、生长因子通过作用于核因子κB受体活化因子配体,骨保护素影响骨代谢,而导致骨代谢疾病如骨质疏松,溶骨性骨肿瘤及恶性肿瘤骨转移等。该文就主要RANK/RANKL/OPG信号通路的成员、信号转导及表达调控进行综述。

Abstract:The RANK/RANKL/OPG signaling pathway is an important discovery of bone metabolism in recent years. A lot of hormones, cytokines, growth factors influence bone metabolism by acting on receptor activator of NF-κ B ligand(RANKL) and osteoprotegerin(OPG) ,which lead to metabolic bone diseases such as osteoporosis, osteolytic bone tumors and malignant tumor bone metastasis. Here is to make a review on the member, signal transduction and regulation of expression of RANK/RANKL/OPG signaling pathway.
