| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨青蒿复方治疗类风湿性关节炎的药理作用。方法:采用动物实验方法,观察其对大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀、大鼠肉芽肿、小鼠疼痛反应、大鼠佐剂性关节炎的影响。结果:青蒿复方对大鼠足肿胀、肉芽肿有明显的抑制作用(P<0．01);对热刺激及化学刺激所引起的小鼠疼痛反应有明显的抑制作用(P <0．05,P<0．01),对佐剂性大鼠关节炎有明显抑制作用(P<0．05,P<0．01)。结论:青蒿复方具有抗炎、消肿、止痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the phannacological function of southernwood compound in treating rheumatoid arthritis ,RA. Methods: The effects of southernwood compound to feet swelling, granuloma, pain response and adjuvant arthritis were observed in rats. Results: The compound inhibited the feet swelling and granuloma distinctly (P <0.05, P <0.01), decreased the pain response induced by heat and chemical stumulation( P < 0.05 , P<0.01) and restrained the adjuvant arthritis distinctly(P <0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Southernwood compound is effective for anti - inflammation, detumescence and removing pain. |
